Only a 35-minute drive away from Legazpi City is the town of Bacacay.
The shores of Bacacay house among the best black volcanic sand beaches in the Philippines. Just a few minutes off the coast, you have the Sula Channel which has beautiful white sand islets with turquoise and emerald waters.
